In order to fulfill this requirement, we may ask you to provide documents that confirm your identity or address.

In order to ensure accuracy, we may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide. Acceptable documents for demonstrating the source of wealth include:

• Certified copies of company accounts
• Grant of probate and a copy of the Will in the case of inheritance
• Investment Certificates

Source of Funds:

The source of funds specifically pertains to the origin of the funds you are utilizing for a specific purpose, such as investing with Prospuh.

To update your personal information such as your name, address, email, or phone number, please contact our support team at support@prospuh.com. In order to process the changes, we kindly request that you provide us with a relevant document. For instance, if you have recently moved, we will need a new proof of address document.

Finding out that your account has been closed can be a frustrating experience. Rest assured that we would never close an account without a valid reason. However, as a regulated financial institution, there are limitations on what we can disclose regarding account closures. Here are some general reasons why we may close an account:
