How does Prospuh work?

Prospuh offers a convenient and accessible global investment platform, accompanied by free educational resources. With Prospuh, you can begin investing with as little as $1, making it effortless for anyone to get started.

To use our services at present, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be 18 years of age or older.
You need to be a resident of one of the countries listed in the following link: [Country List Link].

For Trading
We believe in making investing accessible and affordable for everyone. To achieve this, we offer a low fee of $5 per trade execution. We prioritize transparency by ensuring there are no hidden costs or spreads, and we do not require any monthly or yearly subscription fees.
Depositing and Withdrawing funds
In order to cover the banking fees associated with deposits and withdrawals in The Caribbean, we charge a 6.5% depositing fee. For withdrawals, we have a fee of $50 or 1% (whichever is higher).

Our trading product is available only on mobile apps today. We have plans for launching on the web which will be in the near future.

Our service is device-agnostic, allowing you to access your account on both iOS and Android devices. After downloading the app, simply enter the email address associated with your account to access it on either device.

Managing a Prospuh account

If you are 18 years old or older and reside in a country where the app is available, you can download the app and begin the onboarding process. During this process, you will be required to provide the following basic information:

• Name
• Address
• Nationality
• Email Address

These details are necessary to meet regulatory requirements, as we are obligated to report trades along with the provided information. Additionally, we will need to verify your identity and/or address, so it is advisable to have relevant documents readily accessible.

As a regulated financial institution, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety and security of our platform and our customers' investments or money. Therefore, we have certain obligations to verify the identity of individuals using our services. In order to fulfill this requirement, we may ask you to provide documents that confirm your identity or address.

To verify your identity, we kindly request that you provide two of the following photo ID documents:

• Passport
• Drivers Licence
• National ID Cards
• Voter's Card

Please ensure that the ID documents you submit include a clear and legible photo. If you are providing a national ID card or driver's license, we will require copies or photos of both sides of the card.

As part of our Compliance and Regulatory requirements, we may need additional information regarding the origin of your wealth (source of wealth) and the origin of the funds you have recently transferred to us (source of funds).

Source of Wealth:
Your source of wealth generally refers to the activities that have generated or significantly contributed to your overall net worth. This could include various sources such as salaried income, financial assets, inheritance, investments, property sales, and more. In order to ensure accuracy, we may request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide. Acceptable documents for demonstrating the source of wealth include:

• Bank Statements
• Certified copies of any property sales
• Payslips
• Certified copies of company accounts
• Grant of probate and a copy of the Will in the case of inheritance
• Investment Certificates

Source of Funds:
The source of funds specifically pertains to the origin of the funds you are utilizing for a specific purpose, such as investing with Prospuh.

To update your personal information such as your name, address, email, or phone number, please contact our support team at support@prospuh.com. In order to process the changes, we kindly request that you provide us with a relevant document. For instance, if you have recently moved, we will need a new proof of address document.

To deactivate your account, please contact support@prospuh.com directly.

Finding out that your account has been closed can be a frustrating experience. Rest assured that we would never close an account without a valid reason. However, as a regulated financial institution, there are limitations on what we can disclose regarding account closures. This practice is primarily aimed at maintaining the safety of our platform and preventing individuals involved in financial crimes from accessing our services.

Here are some general reasons why we may close an account:

• Detection of suspicious activity
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Possession of multiple Prospuh accounts (please note that we only allow one account per customer)
• Strong indications that the security of an account has been compromised

A W-8BEN, also known as a Certificate of Foreign Status, is a necessary document for purchasing US stocks. It serves as a declaration that you are not a resident of the United States and therefore not subject to US taxation.

You will encounter the W-8BEN requirement during the onboarding process while we are establishing your account.

Multi-currency accounts

To trade stocks in the US and Europe, it is necessary to convert your local currency to the United States Dollar (USD). We convert the currencies for you. After the deposit, your uninvested balance will be in USD.

Each deposit may take 1 to 3 business days to be completed. You will receive a notification as soon as your deposit is processed. If you encounter any further issues, please email us at support@prospuh.com.

All accounts are separately managed with up to $500,000 in SIPC insurance.

Your dividends will be automatically credited to your account. You can view your pending and past payments in the Statements & History section under the accounts tab.
